Warranty Policy

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise specified, may be returned for a replacement within 180 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. All warranty replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Policy

Malfunctioning Parts:

If a product purchased from Union Repair malfunctions (excluding physical damage or damage caused by improper installation and usage) within 365 days from the original purchase date, customers may initiate an RMA for an exchange or refund.

  • 0 - 30 Days: All merchandise, unless otherwise specified, can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
  • 31 - 60 Days: Merchandise may be returned within 31 to 60 days from the original purchase date. The refunded amount will be either the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.
  • 61 - 90 Days: Merchandise may be returned within 61 to 90 days from the original purchase date. The refunded amount will be either the current selling price or the original purchase price, minus a 20% processing fee. The refund will be provided as a coupon, which expires 90 days after issuance, to be used at checkout.
  • 91+ Days: No refunds will be issued after 90 days from the original purchase date. If a replacement is requested, the customer must pay the difference between the current selling price and the original selling price.

Received Defective Parts

a. DOA (Dead on Arrival):

Please refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or is visibly damaged, and contact us immediately. If you have accepted a damaged package, and the products inside are physically damaged or non-functional, please open an RMA request within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide the following information in the RMA within this 7-day period:

  • Photos of the front and back of the shipment box.
  • Photos of the front and back of the product showing physical damage.

Failure to provide this information within 7 days will result in the denial of the RMA.

b. Customer Ordered the Wrong Parts:

Union Repair is not responsible for returns of incorrectly ordered items. However, we are happy to assist customers in these situations. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and a 30% restocking fee will be charged for refund requests or a 20% restocking fee for exchange requests after the product has been received and tested.
Note: Returns for incorrect items must open an RMA within 7 days of receipt to be considered.

c. Customer Received Incorrect Parts:

If you receive the wrong item, please take three clear photos of the incorrect item with the SKU visible and open an RMA on our website. We will verify the error and resolve it as quickly as possible.

RMA Processing Time:

RMA processing typically takes up to 7 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed without resolution, please contact us via email at Sales@unionrepair.com. We will address the issue immediately and provide a response within 24 hours.

Policy Abuse:

Due to some customers abusing our return, warranty, and other policies, stricter enforcement will be applied to those who misuse our policies.

Policy Changes:

These policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

NOTICE:

The following terms apply to all refunds and exchanges:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition with packaging, unused, and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
  • Items returned without first obtaining an RMA approval will be denied.
  • All returned items must have the "UR" stamp on them.
  • Items returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be denied.
  • The warranty period for all items is 365 days from the original purchase date. RMAs will be denied if the product is outside the 180-day warranty period.
