Shipping Delivery

Destinations
We ship to virtually all countries. Some products may have restrictions, and certain items cannot be shipped to specific destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Costs
The shipping charges displayed during checkout represent the actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping fees may be higher than what is listed on our website. If this occurs, we will notify you of any additional charges and wait for your confirmation before processing your order.

Shipping Availability Date
Products will be available for shipment within three (3) business days after payment has cleared.

Please note that any shipping availability, delivery dates, or periods mentioned here or otherwise quoted are approximations and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures. For instance, customs authorities may hold your products, causing delivery delays. Except as stated in the next paragraph, we are not responsible for late or non-delivery (whether or not the delay is within our control).

If a product is not delivered to you within 14 calendar days from the date your order was accepted and payment received, or from the quoted delivery date (whichever is later), either party may reject, cancel, or terminate the order. In this case, our sole liability and your sole remedy will be a refund (without interest) of any payments made for that order.

Insurance

As between you and us, the risk of loss or damage to your purchased products during shipping is solely your responsibility. Please note that the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents, and/or other parties involved may be limited or excluded under applicable laws or international treaties. We recommend purchasing insurance to cover potential loss or damage during transportation. Please contact us for information on available insurance options.

All items are carefully packed for export, generally with standard one-way export packaging. Should items be damaged or lost during transit, we are not liable. If you choose to purchase insurance, the coverage will be subject to the terms provided by the insurance underwriter, with the maximum coverage being the invoice value of the items.

If you file a claim under your insurance for loss or damage to your products, please contact us to initiate the claim. We will refund or replace the item once we receive confirmation from the insurance company regarding the claim's acceptance and payment.
