Customs Clearance & Import Duty
Union Repair does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e., goods subtotal + shipping cost) is the final amount you pay to us. However, for international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs charges imposed by their country. In some cases, goods under a certain value or within specific categories may not incur taxes.
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied, and this will only be determined when the shipment passes through customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liabilities.
All duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the buyer's government or the courier company upon delivery of the goods.
Union Repair is not responsible for any shipping or customs delays, as these are beyond our control.
Note for customers in Brazil: Due to the requirements of your country's import policies, goods must have a tax identification number before customs clearance. Please ensure you provide a valid tax number. This number is essential for delivery and customs clearance. To avoid unnecessary import disputes, please pay attention to this reminder.
Remarks
Please note that shipping to remote destinations may require additional time and incur extra fees due to international logistics policies. These additional fees are charged by logistics companies and must be paid by the receiver. Union Repair is not responsible for non-delivery if the client fails to provide sufficient information when placing an order.
